Railroad Room Features

The Railroad Conference Room is a 1,500 square-foot flexible meeting room with a maximum seating capacity of 104. It can be reserved for private meetings and presentations with a variety of set-up and layout options. The Railroad Conference Room offers guests a fully customizable catering menu.

BOOKING FEE                                                                                             

A booking fee of $50 is required to reserve the Railroad Conference Room. If total food and beverage charges exceed $50 for the meeting/event, a $50 credit will be applied to the final bill.         

SETUP FEE                                                                                               

Use of the Railroad Conference Room is complimentary while using the standard furniture set-up and equipment, which is the Block O configuration. A $75/hour fee will apply for custom set-up, clean-up, and tear-down.                                                              

RESERVATIONS 

All reservations that include catering require 72 hours advance notice. Please note that no outside food or beverage is permitted in the Railroad Conference Room.
